like FRS/GMRS models do?
Because those that do advertise inflated mileage claims are misleading their customers. On average, the range is equal for all UHF radios, but mileage claims have become a means to separate price points. With no changes to the radio’s circuits, and in many cases an actual degradation in performance, the range has been increased each year in a never ending fight to advertise the highest mileage claim. TriSquare refuses to play this game.
